Even if there is a power outage on your street or in your house or office, you can continue to use our Internet and television under two conditions:

1) if you are connected to us via fiber optic based on the latest GPON technology;

2) if you have arranged for an alternative power source for your Wi-Fi router and, if necessary, the optical terminal (ONT) at home or in the office.

As for the second point, we suggest a small uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or a so-called mini-UPS. In case of a power outage, it automatically switches to the built-in battery and can power your router for about 8 hours and the optical terminal (ONT) for about 12 hours.
