This service allows you to request a specialist for internet cable repair to your premises twice a month.

For apartment buildings, the cost of the service is 10 UAH/month, and for private houses, it is 20 UAH/month. The cost for legal entities is individual.

The service includes the repair of internet cables inside private houses and complete cable repair for multi-story buildings.

A technician will be dispatched within 1 working day after registering the request with the company's customer service department.

To prevent abuse, the service cannot be disconnected earlier than 1 year after activation.

The provider reserves the right to change the rules for providing this service in the future.
