Blocked websites

Dear subscribers!

As part of the implementation of point 3 of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated August 20, 2021, implemented by the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated August 20, 2021, № 376/2021, which, among other things, instructed the National Commission for State Regulation of Communications and Informatization to ensure the implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions), we inform you that for this purpose, the NCRCI has placed necessary informational messages on its official webpage in the Internet in the "News" section, and operators, providers of telecommunications have been additionally informed through respective personal cabinets (email, via the Electronic Reporting System (ERS) of the NCRCI, etc.) about the decisions adopted, including by the Decrees of the President of Ukraine dated August 20, 2021, № 375/2021 and № 376/2021, as well as dated August 21, 2021, № 378/2021 and № 379/2021, corresponding decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated August 20, 2021, "On the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)" have been put into effect.

Additionally, we remind you of the necessity to comply with, including the aforementioned decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, which, among the types of restrictive measures applied to individuals and legal entities, provide for sanctions corresponding to the principles of their application established by the Law of Ukraine "On Sanctions", and provide for the prohibition of the use of radio frequency resources of Ukraine, restrictions or termination of the provision of telecommunications services and the use of public telecommunications networks, other sanctions corresponding to the principles of their application established by this Law, including the blocking by Internet service providers of access to websites, including to their subdomains and other websites that provide access to the mentioned portals/resources.

In addition to the aforementioned decrees of the President, previously issued were the decrees 176/2018, 109/2021, 203/2021, 304/2021 and 57/2022. Moreover, some websites have been blocked after the beginning of the war in conditions of facilitating the implementation of the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 24, 2022, №64/2022 "On the introduction of martial law in Ukraine".

Furthermore, in accordance with the directive of the National Center for Operational and Technical Management of Electronic Communication Networks of Ukraine (NCC), № 219 dated 08.05.2022, electronic communication network providers and/or services in the territory of Ukraine were blocked access to autonomous systems AS201956, AS197695, and IP addresses they serve.
